HK built an Instagram account impersonating a teacher. He “made one innocuous post on the account.” He unwisely shared the login credentials with two classmates, KL and LF. Those classmates made “incendiary posts” about other teachers (and tagged those teachers) and another student. “H.K. monitored the account and viewed the posts himself.

The document outlines criminal charges related to the over 100 classified documents federal agents recovered from Trump’s Florida resort last August. The charges make Trump, who was impeached twice, the first former president to ever face federal criminal charges.

Milligan on Thursday, which found that Alabama’s congressional map violates the Voting Rights Act’s ban on racial vote dilution, sends two clear messages. First, a bare majority of the court—Chief Justice John Roberts, Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and the three liberals—believes that the VRA still plays a meaningful role in maintaining a multiracial democracy (or is willing to defer to Congress’ judgment on the matter).

Probably the first defamation suit involving an AI, but will it stic Jude Karabus ChatGPT maker OpenAI is facing a defamation suit from a man seeking damages over statements it delivered to a journalist. The suit says the AI platform falsely claimed he’d been accused of embezzling money from a gun rights group. Georgia resident Mark Walters filed the claim in Gwinnett County Court earlier this week.
