California Privacy Protection Agency Begins CCPA Rulemaking for Cybersecurity Audits

Earlier this month, staff at the California Privacy Protection Agency (the “Agency” or “CPPA”) put forward Draft Cybersecurity Audit Regulations (“the Draft”) for the CPPA Board’s consideration.
