Man, has the use of the phone and talking to business people when you’d like to talk to them changed in the last forty years. We used to pick up the phone to call a client, fellow lawyer, accountant, banker – or even a doctor. If they were not available, we left a voicemail and got a call back by the end of the day. If it was urgent, we asked someone if they could slip a note in front of the person and let them know you were on hold.

Apple rejected two of the plaintiffs’ apps, “Coronavirus Reporter” and “Bitcoin Lottery,” for its app store. Apple rejected the Coronavirus Reporter app because it wasn’t associated with a government entity or medical institution; and it rejected the Bitcoin Lottery app due to its general ban on bitcoin apps. Apple’s developer guidelines expressly say Apple can reject apps in its sole discretion.
