The fact is that, if generative AI is going to help close the gap, it will be by also directly empowering consumers to help themselves with their legal problems. Some firms are already developing inhouse training programs on understanding and using AI and some vendors are developing training of their own.

So when you start to experiment ourselves, and we created a tool within the firm, to automate some of those early stage litigation tasks, so that we could elevate a paralegal and legal state attorneys and associates to do other type of work. Everyone talks about it, but no puts into practice. And they put the kibosh on it ultimately.
