RT: I’ve used it to help me write an upcoming Future Proofing column in Law Practice magazine. I asked ChatGPT if lawyers were required to be competent with their technology and it replied (initially) that lawyers had no duty of technical competence under U.S. If you haven’t tried ChatGPT (or other similar technologies) yet, why not?
