Fast-growing AI contract drafting & negotiation vendor Henchman will today (29 November) announce that it has won Deloitte as a client, we can reveal.
Henchman, which Deloitte is in the process of rolling out as part of a broader new tech stack, will add an intelligent layer on top of Deloitte’s iManage document management system once it is fully deployed.

The announcement comes the week after Henchman won the Legal AI Supplier of the Year Award at the 2023 NetLaw Media Annual British Legal Technology Awards.
Founded in Belgium in 2020, Henchman can boast some impressive growth metrics. It has now onboarded over 100 clients in more than 35 countries, including Deloitte, Freeths, Cuatrecasas, and Cirio. It achieved 1300% growth over the last year and a half.
Other recent milestones include a strategic partnership with Morae Global Corporation entered into this September, and a partnership with subscription-based contract database Law Insider, which is now integrated in the Henchman product.
In 2022, Henchman was named as one of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 Rising Star’s and it will be interesting to see they make a further appearance in the Fast 50.
