Litera appoints new chief technology officer to deliver on product portfolio

Litera has appointed Greg Ingino as its new chief technology officer to lead the engineering, dev ops, architecture, R&D operations, QA, IT, and security teams across the company and deliver on its product portfolio.

Ingino was previously chief technology officer at physical therapy software supplier WebPT, where we’re told he was responsible for rebuilding and transforming the organisation to achieve enterprise scale through the integration of several acquisitions.

Prior to WebPT he served as the CTO of insurance software solutions provider Vertafore, helping the company scale to $600M in revenue, leading to the sale of the company to Roper Technologies for $5.35B.

While Ingino is announced today as Litera’s first chief technology officer appointment, we reported in July 2020 that Manoj Goyal had joined as CTO. Goyal joined from Oracle, however his appointment is now listed on his LinkedIn profile as an interim one from June to September 2020.

Ingino will report to CEO Sheryl Hoskins, who said: “The legal technology industry is at a pivotal moment, as is Litera. We are building momentum at a rapid pace, and I am confident that Greg’s vision and leadership will not only help us continue to deliver on our product portfolio but drive Litera to further innovate into new spaces and technologies so we can continue to deliver the best in legal technology for our clients. I’ve known Greg for many years, and he has a proven track record of maximizing scalability and predictability in teams that deliver high quality, reliable solutions to market.”
