Transform Data International (TDI) has announced the release of Workhub; a Microsoft Teams/Web client that fully integrates and sits on top of Intapp’s SharePoint document management system.
Customers of Intapp Documents can now use Workhub on any device to access and work on content, offering an alternative UI to Outlook.
Rob Kubben, joint TDI founder & head of R&D commented: “We appreciate all the feedback from our Intapp clients and prospects. It became clear to us 18 months ago that there was a need for such a client for law firms/CLDs that wished to adopt Microsoft for their DMS/matter management strategy.”
TDI says that it collaborated very closely with several legal and corporate legal clients to develop Workhub and that there is an exciting future roadmap for the solution. Because of its compatible web UI, WorkHub works on any device, even on Apple Macs.
Key features include a landing page with favourites, tasks and recent content at a glance, with easy access to Workspaces and the ability to pin and unpin items, as in Outlook.
Workhub can be used as a mobile client allowing easy deployment using the company’s Teams app store. By using MS Power Platform, new features and specific process support (such as submitting know-how or reviewing documents) can also be added. WorkHub is provisionally available in English, Dutch, German, French and Norwegian but additional languages can be added on request.
