Client Sense hires Allison Nussbaum as VP of client solutions

Australian-founded client relationship management vendor Client Sense has hired Allison Nussbaum, formerly the VP of client value at Pitchly, as its VP of client solutions, we can reveal.

Nussbaum, who is based in Greater Boston, has a background in data analysis, client relationship management, and experience management within the legal sector. Befor Pitchly she was senior director for customer success at Kira Systems and has held roles at Manzama, Nixon Peabody and Goodwin Procter. Client Sense recently entered a strategic partnership with Litera, and will be leveraging Nussbaum’s expertise in partner programs to help shape the alliance.

Client Sense, which recently appointed Laura Hester Fickle in the role of senior client success manager to support the company’s North America and Europe growth, has a growing client base in the United States, including firms such as Lathrop GPM, Roetzel, Bilzin Sumberg, Smith Anderson, and Allen Matkins.
