Dye & Durham enters strategic partnership with the Law Society of England and Wales

Toronto-headquartered practice management vendor Dye & Durham, which acquired UK practice and case management vendor Insight Legal Software in January this year, has been appointed as a strategic partner of the Law Society of England and Wales for business services.

The strategic partner programme is a commercial arrangement that sees the Law Society select preferred partners to promote to their members under an agreed licence fee. Partnerships fall under three brackets: professional legal services; business services; and personal services. This appointment will be significant in further raising the profile of Dye & Durham in the UK. Other business services partners include Clio, Access Legal, Leap and Quill.

“Dye & Durham is a leading provider of practice management, data insights and due diligence, and client onboarding solutions in the United Kingdom. We’re thrilled to become a strategic partner of The Law Society and to have the opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities and expertise to even more legal professionals in the UK. We’re looking forward to working more closely with The Law Society and its members,” says Martha Vallance, chief operating officer, at Dye & Durham.

“We are delighted to welcome Dye & Durham as a strategic partner.  It is a global organisation with much to offer our members in helping streamline processes, providing certainty on transactions, and working efficiently with highly accurate data.  The Law Society looks forward to working together to benefit the membership,” says Fiona O’Mahony, head of partnerships & commercial at The Law Society.
